5+ years in private equity, independent sponsor, investment banking, or corporate development with multiple closed transactions (ideally including at least one or two roll-up or multi-site integration)
Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills; comfort with debt financing and definitive documents
Healthcare services familiarity and working knowledge of HIPAA/BAA constructs; contact center exposure a plus
Excellent executive communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
Prior exposure to contact centers or outsourced clinical operations (triage, patient access, scheduling) (nice-to-have)
Experience with TSAs, carve-outs, and cross-border tuck-ins (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with AI/automation in services (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
Build segmented market maps and target lists across priority verticals; maintain a proactive pipeline and CRM
Develop investment theses and business cases (market sizing, positioning, synergy logic, execution risks)
Cultivate relationships with founders, bankers, brokers, PE funds, and lenders
