Responsibilities

As the VP, Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our engineering team of approximately 60 engineers, directly supervising engineering managers and tech leads. You will ensure high quality and high velocity execution across the entire engineering organization, continuously raising the bar on talent density through strategic hiring and talent development. Additionally, you will provide continuous feedback to managers and team leads, develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks, and ensure engineering teams are setting ambitious goals and consistently learning and growing under your leadership, while also unblocking teams when necessary.
