Responsibilities

Create and own Kalshi’s visual identity: Define a strong visual direction and design standout and cohesive visual experiences consistent across platforms (social media, OOH, paid campaigns, copy, product design)
Asset Production: Craft scroll-stopping visuals – images, GIFs, and videos – that pop on Kalshi’s growth channels and make the audience love the brand more
Lead the process: From ideation to final delivery, work closely with the product and growth teams to deliver delightful assets that WOW people
Rapid prototyping and iteration: Try new things and experiment aggressively to help achieve growth and product goals
Performance Design: Apply a data-driven approach to develop and iterate on creatives that will maximize engagement and conversions on paid growth channels
Brand Cop: Enforce brand consistency across all departments while pushing for rapid innovation
