Virtual Healthcare Case Coordinator (Skilled Nursing) - EST hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

The position is fully remote, exclusively for South African Citizens, with working hours Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST (3 pm - 12 am South African time), subject to change due to daylight savings.

Requirements include healthcare experience preferably with USA systems in medical billing, claims, authorizations, or case management in SNFs; familiarity with CPT, ICD-10 coding and HIPAA; strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills; high attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook); and strong communication skills.

A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and Ethernet connection capability is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.

The role is exclusively for South African Citizens with relevant healthcare experience, particularly in US systems, medical billing, coding, and case management.
