Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. The need for accessible mental healthcare has never been greater, and we are building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters to make our vision a reality. Since launching in February 2021, we have empowered over ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country. We have raised more than $178 million in funding from prominent investors including Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, and SignalFire.
As an Authorization Specialist at Grow Therapy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive timely access to care by managing the prior authorization process. Your responsibilities will evolve as we scale, but your initial focus will be on accurately submitting and tracking prior authorization requests, resolving claim denials, and maintaining compliance with payer guidelines and company policies.
Note: If you don’t meet every single requirement but are still interested in the job, please apply. Grow Therapy believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
