Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive revenue and pricing strategies that drive top-line growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CRO, and executive leadership team to define and execute revenue goals aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the design and execution of pricing models, product optimization, sales performance targets, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue in existing and new markets
  • Oversee the creation of accurate revenue and pricing forecasts, tracking KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Establish performance metrics and analytical tools to maximize revenue, optimize pricing, and product margins
  • Lead the refinement of revenue, pricing, and sales processes from lead generation to contract signing for efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with operations, sales, marketing, and call center leadership to improve sales productivity, monitor performance, pricing effectiveness, product optimization, and implement best practices to increase win rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle efficiency
  • Implement a performance management system that rewards high-performance behaviors and outcomes while identifying areas for development
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by establishing revenue and pricing dashboards and regular reporting on operations, sales, marketing, call center, and revenue performance
  • Work closely with marketing, call center, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies, focusing on product choice, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper revenue recognition, pricing alignment, and alignment with financial forecasting
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue management team, ensuring clear performance expectations and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the window replacement industry
