Requirements

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to oversee operational management, scalability, compliance, and profitability of Recovery products
Expertise in leveraging technology, process optimization, and talent development to drive operational strategies and best-in-class service
Deep understanding of operational performance, analytics, expense/revenue dynamics, and risk management
Ability to collaborate across Product, Technology, Distribution teams, all organizational levels, external stakeholders, and partners
Experience in regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and maintaining documentation
Proficiency in people leadership, including staffing, motivation, training, coaching, performance management, and fostering accountability/teamwork
Skills in client experience management, vendor management (selection, onboarding, evaluation), and stakeholder engagement
Capability to travel to client sites and attend industry conferences
Knowledge of performance tracking, metrics monitoring, reporting, and integrating client feedback

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a strong risk culture to identify, measure, and mitigate operational risks; ensure regulatory and 3rd party compliance (30%)
Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline recovery processes and resolve complex issues (30%)
Build and maintain a high-performing team through staffing, motivation, training, coaching, and performance management (25%)
Foster a culture of accountability, team alignment with organizational vision, teamwork, open communication, and change management (25%)
Oversee operational delivery for superior client experience; engage stakeholders to improve Recovery outcomes (15%)
Support vendor management, including selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and relationship management; travel to client sites and attend conferences (15%)
