Requirements

Bachelor’s or U.S. equivalent
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to prepare presentations, communicate with investors, raise capital, gain approval of ideas, and serve as a subject matter expert for institutional investors, RIAs, and financial intermediaries
Expertise in digital asset frameworks, distributed ledger technologies, tokenization, decentralized finance (DeFi), staking models, PoS capabilities, on-chain data, and blockchain platforms
Ability to develop and manage sophisticated staking strategies aligned with portfolio risk parameters and operational scalability
Proficiency in financial modeling, including scenario analysis driven by on-chain data and macroeconomic signals, traditional modeling like DCF, and on-chain fundamentals-driven modeling
Knowledge of market and competitor analysis, risk classification, and the evolving domestic and international regulatory landscape in digital assets
Experience with investment strategies across the product lifecycle, including ideation, launch, execution, performance monitoring, and management
Capability to architect AI-driven or AI thematic investment strategies and index methodologies

Responsibilities

Conceive, propose, and develop innovative, scalable investment products leveraging distributed ledger technologies and frontier developments in the digital asset space, such as tokenization and DeFi
Design adaptable staking models implementable across various blockchain platforms and investment structures (e.g., ETFs, private placements, trusts, SMAs)
Leverage existing digital asset frameworks and enhance them with PoS capabilities to create dual-benefit models offering investment returns and blockchain security
Develop and manage sophisticated staking strategies that provide investor returns through network validation and contribute to blockchain security
Prepare presentations to communicate with investors, provide information, raise capital, gain approval of ideas, and serve as a subject matter expert
Develop or analyze information to assess current or future financial status of the market and competitors, including scenario analysis driven by on-chain data and macroeconomic signals
Evaluate investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial functions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (investment, operations, technology)
Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine potential impacts on companies and the market, using a comprehensive framework in digital asset solutions and monitoring regulatory landscapes
Oversee investment strategies for digital assets across the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, execution, performance monitoring, and management
Review reports of securities transactions or price actions to analyze market conditions using traditional and on-chain modeling
Help execute ideas to bring new products to market, driving go-to-market strategy in partnership with product, marketing, and capital markets teams
Lead strategic alignment initiatives across portfolio construction, execution workflows, and enterprise risk frameworks
Architect and advance AI-driven or AI thematic investment strategies and index methodologies to enhance systematic investment approaches
