  • College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
  • Ability to acquire Series 7 & 63/65 within the first three months of employment
  • 10+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience, preferably within Equity Compensation/Retirement/401K industry
  • Transparent and credible presence in the Equity Compensation industry (Certified Equity Professional designation helpful)
  • Strategic perspective on comprehensive employee benefit solutions for large corporations
  • Well-developed communication, project management, consulting, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix management environment and build credibility internally and externally at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships with Equity Compensation clients and build internal working relationships with Fidelity personnel to support service delivery
  • Maintain overall accountability for the relationship of a book of institutional equity compensation plan clients
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision makers
  • Guide service teams towards high client satisfaction
  • Drive operational effectiveness and plan profitability
  • Grow client relationships through value-driven cross-selling initiatives
  • Strategically position Fidelity's products and services in Personal and Workplace Investing offerings
  • Focus on client retention and loyalty, relationship risk mitigation strategies, revenue growth, and product/services adoption
  • Understand and respond to client needs in a consultative role to grasp business needs and client perceptions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by seeking feedback, anticipating issues/concerns, and proactively providing solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple constituencies (HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, Treasury, Legal, Procurement)
  • Provide focused leadership, motivation, and support for client service team members to retain clients and deliver consistency/alignment in execution of client objectives and Fidelity priorities
