• Strong understanding of software development best practices, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Experience scaling engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead the development and integration of AI-driven features to enhance decisioning and process automation capabilities.
• Partner with product and data science teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
