Requirements

  • University graduate (preferably from Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or Pharmacy departments, or prior pharmacy experience)
  • Good level of English (Greek language knowledge preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Transfer paper-based information to electronic format or use company systems to compare incoming electronic data with the standard database, match, and standardize it
  • Obtain current information via phone from health sector individuals/companies, enter it into the computer, and during conversations, compare with database information to detect differences or duplicates in records
  • Add first-time incoming information to company systems and update it at specified intervals
  • Ensure the accuracy of incoming data and produce fast, high-quality outputs
  • Play an active role in solution and improvement processes
  • Prioritize requests from internal/external customers, ensure responses within targeted timelines, and maintain high customer satisfaction
