Responsibilities

Transfer paper-based information to electronic format or use company systems to compare incoming electronic data with the standard database, match, and standardize it
Obtain current information via phone from health sector individuals/companies, enter it into the computer, and during conversations, compare with database information to detect differences or duplicates in records
Add first-time incoming information to company systems and update it at specified intervals
Ensure the accuracy of incoming data and produce fast, high-quality outputs
Play an active role in solution and improvement processes
Prioritize requests from internal/external customers, ensure responses within targeted timelines, and maintain high customer satisfaction
