Good level of English (Greek language knowledge is preferred)

Responsibilities

Transfer paper-based information to electronic media or compare and match information received electronically with standard database information using company systems, and standardize it
Obtain current information from individuals/companies serving in the health sector via phone and enter it into the computer. If necessary, compare the obtained/learned information with other product information in the database during the conversation to detect differences or duplicates in the incoming record
Add first-time incoming information to company systems and update this information at certain periods
Ensure the accuracy of incoming data, produce fast and high-quality outputs
Play an effective role in solution/improvement processes
Prioritize requests from internal/external customers, ensure they are responded to within the targeted time, and maintain high customer satisfaction
