Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management or similar relevant/transferable roles and skills
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with Nasdaq and Verafin executives at the highest level of leadership, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and clients
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with anti-financial crime solutions or fintech ecosystems
  • An understanding of API design, integration patterns, and real-time data exchange would be an asset

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program delivery for strategic integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate across multiple teams—including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners—to manage dependencies and resolve challenges
  • Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards for all integrations
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
