Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain commitment to company sales processes, values, and business ethics
Properly receive and process customer merchandise
Securely bag customer merchandise and bring it to the counter
Ensure proper product placement and adhere to marketing and visual merchandising standards
Label, tag, or price merchandise
Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
Comply with all policies and procedures
Complete store recovery during shift and prepare for the next day
Clean shelves, counters, tables, and floors to maintain store cleanliness
