Requirements

Experience in VAT, tax, or finance roles in a multi-country or international setup
Interest in working with European VAT regulations
Experience from managing VAT audits and communication with tax authorities is a plus
Proficiency in Excel (data handling, macros) and a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
Experience working with ERP systems and ideally VAT software is a plus
Familiarity with e-invoicing and system integrations or APIs is a plus
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any other European language is a plus
University degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related fields

Responsibilities

Lead or support VAT reporting across multiple European jurisdictions
Manage VAT reconciliations, Intrastat reporting, and data accuracy
Communicate with tax authorities to facilitate refunds, audits, and inquiries
Collaborate with global finance functions as well as local finance teams and external advisors
Contribute to our VAT Transformation project, including the implementation of new VAT compliance software
Managing VAT compliance software as well as overseeing and reconciling integrations between systems
