Responsibilities

Design web and growth design solutions that enhance user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align web designs with brand identity, business objectives, and growth targets, boosting user engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies
Work closely with other UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System designers
Conduct A/B testing to understand audience behavior and preferences, transforming insights into actionable design improvements
Advocate for design excellence, presenting and rationalizing design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
