- Volgt een opleiding (HBO of Universitair) op het gebied van mens en/of interactie
- Hebt een persoonlijke interesse in onderzoek en kent vanuit je studie de theorie achter verschillende onderzoeksmethoden
- Het lijkt je leuk om binnen het bedrijf een wezenlijke bijdrage te kunnen leveren aan een optimale klantervaring
- Kunt voor minimaal 4 maanden (maar bij voorkeur langer) tenminste 4 dagen in de week stage lopen
- Zoeken nadrukkelijk iemand voor een meeloopstage (geen afstudeeronderzoek)
- Bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en nooit uitgeleerd
- Bent voortdurend bezig met het verbeteren van kwaliteit
- Werkt samen met UX Designers, productmanagers, business analisten en developers en moet daarom een echte teamplayer zijn
Responsibilities
- Meedenken welke onderzoeksmethode het beste past bij een onderzoeksvraag
- Helpen bij het voorbereiden van onderzoeken: van het werven van participanten tot het opstellen van testscripts en vragenlijsten
- Observeren en notuleren tijdens de interviews, of zelf de interviews uitvoeren
- Analyseren en rapporteren van de bevindingen
- Je collega’s informeren over bevindingen en de nieuwe inzichten
- Uiteindelijk zelfstandig onderzoekswerkzaamheden uitvoeren, bijvoorbeeld helpen een UX Designer bij het testen van hun ontwerp
