Responsibilities

  • Transform ambitious business goals into elegant, user-centered design solutions
  • Envision and develop the UX architecture for the end-user platform, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience
  • Drive cross-functional alignment through clear frameworks and decisive leadership, ensuring seamless integration of design and business strategies
  • Oversee the design execution to deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences across multiple products
  • Establish scalable design principles and patterns to support consistent and customizable experiences across multiple products
  • Evolve the design system to ensure it meets the needs of diverse user experiences
  • Mentor and coach other designers, fostering skill development and driving design excellence across teams
  • Lead the team in using user-centered processes like Design Thinking to address user pain points, define problems, and develop solutions
  • Plan, define, and conduct design research to understand user needs and pain points, collaborating with UX Researchers to conduct user tests and measure UX product scores
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Facilitate design reviews and workshops, ensuring cohesive and intuitive product experiences
  • Help prioritize the backlog by suggesting UX improvements in collaboration with product teams
