Works within established procedures and safety policies

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
Tolerance for working conditions including dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces
Must be available for multiple shifts and overtime

Perform assigned food grain operations tasks including receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging, and shipping of grain
General facility upkeep
Sampling for quality
Operate various types of mobile equipment such as a forklift
Maintain a good working knowledge and adherence to all food safety policies and procedures
Perform all tasks in a fashion that promotes health and safety, good manufacturing practices, and quality of products
Actively participate in all required health and safety, quality related meetings and training events
Identify and report all health and safety, and food quality issues to management immediately
Complete all responsibilities in compliance with all safety protocols, policies, and procedures
