Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Must be able to communicate clearly via phone, in person, and in writing
Good record-keeping skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be a well-organized person
Basic math skills
Knowledge of mechanical tools is helpful
Able to lift 50 pounds or more
Must be able and willing to climb ladders
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
Must be able to perform the essential job functions
Able to work with Plant View/SAP/EIM
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Rehire consideration: 180 days (6 months) waiting period; max of two previous Tyson employments

Responsibilities

Sign out parts
Fill out count sheets
Count parts out and assure that parts count matches the count sheet
Document differences in counts
Responsible for cleaning and organizing the parts department
Boxing up eliminated parts
Other duties as assigned
Maintaining product flow
Relieving team members on line for breaks
Filling in during labor shortages
Maintaining a safe work environment
Adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
