This is an on-site position at the Fayetteville Complex requiring physical labor including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with work in hot or cold environments.
Requires flexibility of wrists and hands, ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, plus capacity to train and learn machine operator and lead duties as backups while moving between lines as needed.
This is a 3rd shift position at the Fayetteville Complex, full-time, with requirements to work weekends and overtime, and flexibility for day, evening, or night shifts across departments as needed.
Strong candidates can perform physical tasks like lifting 40 lbs, have flexibility to learn multiple machine operator jobs and lead duties within a 10-working day trial period, complete lockout/tagout training, and work as a team member adhering to safety policies.
