Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties across all club areas, including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from parking lot to club entrance, ensuring ready access and well-stocked at entrance
Remove trash or debris from parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of club
Verify all carts are in working order and clean
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Support GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); deliver fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean service
Ensure safe and positive environment, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized spaces inside and out
