Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance
Ensure ready access for club members
Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the club, including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
Remove trash or debris from the parking lot
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, and escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Embrace inclusion and diversity, working collaboratively and respectfully
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized areas inside and out
