Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct 1:1 user interviews
  • Run moderated and unmoderated usability tests

  • Help design and product partners learn from users early and often
  • Validate new product ideas and run fast, iterative discovery cycles (working alongside a Lead UX Researcher in the Innovation & Exploration team)
