Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate student in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Factors Engineering
  • Solid foundation in research methodology with deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and psychology
  • Familiarity with basic qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys, experimental design); relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong interest in user experience design and willingness to deeply understand products and user needs
  • Internship duration: at least 6 months, with at least 3-4 days per week guaranteed work time
  • Plus: Relevant internship or research project experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist user researchers in designing, executing, and analyzing user research projects, including but not limited to user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc
  • Observe user behavior and record data, forming preliminary analysis
  • Assist in organizing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, providing user insights and recommendations to product teams
  • Support the writing of user research reports and data visualization presentations
  • Participate in cross-team collaboration to promote the application of user research results in product design and development
  • Other supportive work related to user research
