Responsibilities

  • Develop the online customer platform (My Liantis), e.g., by creating a vision statement for an application or experimenting with conversion improvements
  • Define requirements based on customer needs and translate them into concrete features
  • Gather and research valuable insights through customer interviews and/or workshops, translating this knowledge into user-friendly designs that truly help customers
  • Communicate with stakeholders using user stories, personas, and service blueprints to clearly outline customer needs and enthuse colleagues across teams
  • Actively contribute to developing the company's own design system, applying it to turn concepts into attractive and user-friendly tools and applications
