Requirements

  • Capability to uphold Open Door Policy by meeting with associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing policies, and suggesting resolutions

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, instock/inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting sales, and assessing trends/community needs
  • Model, enforce, and guide associates on customer/member service to resolve issues within company standards
  • Oversee implementation of and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates' community involvement
  • Ensure compliance with policies/regulations by analyzing reports, implementing controls, overseeing reviews, developing action plans, executing programs, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Provide supervision and development for associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and fostering belonging
  • Provide quality eyewear by consulting/educating members/customers, selecting products, measurements, prescription verification, confidentiality, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance
  • Uphold Open Door Policy: meet with associates, listen to concerns, research/review policies, suggest resolutions
  • Coordinate/complete job-related activities: develop stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, set/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, identify improvements, demonstrate adaptability, promote learning
  • Support company mission/values/ethics by implementing action plans, utilizing Open Door Policy, and guiding business processes
