  • Experience developing internal/external partnerships, leading community outreach, and engaging stakeholders
  • Talent management expertise: selecting qualified direct reports, providing input on associate talent, directing human capital, and applying a talent strategic model

Responsibilities

  • Drive multi-year strategy supporting Walmart U.S. operations for assigned geographic region
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control regional operations activities
  • Oversee strategy implementation, ensure alignment with Walmart’s goals, and adapt based on performance
  • Partner with Replenishment leadership on inventory/flow plans and oversee replenishment activities, identifying improvements
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate strategic opportunities, and optimize supplier portfolio
  • Oversee financial/operational performance: forecast/review budgets, manage P&L, analyze metrics, address underperformance, and implement changes
  • Develop and leverage partnerships/networks for business goals, sponsor community initiatives, and support associate efforts
