Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide comprehensive medication counseling.
The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing prescription medications, providing patient counseling on medication use and health concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and laws. They will also contribute to inventory management, participate in community outreach programs, and mentor pharmacy staff, while continuously staying updated on pharmaceutical advancements and patient needs.
