Requirements

Responsibilities
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on facilities equipment or fixtures by inspecting, cleaning, repairing, observing wear and tear, gathering capital expense information, recommending repairs, determining replacements, and documenting activities
- Performs major and minor repairs on facilities equipment or fixtures, including dismantling equipment, diagnosing problems, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
- Oversees work of junior-level associates by determining scopes of work, acting as job foreman, providing training, and evaluating skills
- Responds promptly to emergency calls and performs onsite repairs
- Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing documentation (e.g., expense vouchers, work orders, logs), ordering parts, tracking inventory, compiling budget reports, submitting warranty claims, and ensuring contractor compliance
- Develops relationships with local parts suppliers and contractors, unloads/stores equipment, and transports equipment between facilities
- Supports implementation of business solutions by identifying needs, monitoring progress, recognizing improvements, and adapting to changes
- Models compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; uses Open Door Policy
- Demonstrates respect for individuals, drives positive experiences, embraces differences, and fosters a culture of belonging
