Requirements

  • Ideally 13+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building large scalable distributed systems
  • Experience working with LLMs, agentic frameworks, Pydantic, MCP, and other emerging AI technologies
  • Deep expertise in React and Next.js, with an understanding of modern front-end architecture and SSR techniques
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket protocols, and distributed systems design
  • Strong backend development skills in Python, with hands-on experience in API design and microservices
  • Proficiency in GCP-based development, including tools like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery
  • Familiarity with databases such as BigQuery, MySQL, NoSQL, and modern data modeling practices
  • Ability to drive architecture discussions, make sound technical decisions, and execute with autonomy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally in Agile teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguous requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including L7 leads, customers, platform teams, and other application teams to develop mission-critical infrastructure and next-gen AI systems
  • Build resilient microservices and cloud-native systems that power compliance and vetting experiences globally
  • Drive development across the stack, from highly performant front-end components to scalable backend services, using React, JavaScript, Python, GCP, LLMs, and agentic architectures
  • Design, develop, and ship innovative, end-to-end products with a focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable code using React, JavaScript, Python, Pydantic, Agentic frameworks, and MCP architecture
  • Build and scale cloud-native applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery
  • Drive full-stack development on high-impact projects that push the boundaries of AI and agent-based systems
  • Integrate LLMs and AI agents into production environments in collaboration with machine learning engineers and data scientists
  • Apply engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, extensible code and efficient CI/CD workflows
  • Shape the architecture and roadmap of AI systems, contributing to key decisions across design and implementation
  • Work closely with UX, product, ML, and security teams to build secure, intuitive, and intelligent compliance solutions
  • Mentor peers, review code, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture
