Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervise the team within prepared foods departments (e.g., café, rotisserie, prepared foods) by facilitating rotations, managing member needs, delivering on the business plan, communicating department goals, executing company programs, and adhering to policies
- Maintain prepared foods area to meet company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
- Manage seasonality in production, prioritize time between areas, understand new products/recipes/processes/specifications
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources, share knowledge, and train the team
- Leverage digital tools to plan/drive sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, make immediate decisions on production/training/product quality, adopt new tools, and encourage usage
- Drive business results through operational excellence, profitability planning, maintaining neat/clean/safe work area, ensuring staffing levels, accurate audits/compliance, and producing/displaying merchandise per layout plan
- Engage with other departments and third-party partners (e.g., maintenance, suppliers, vendors) for operational continuity
- Teach/train team, identify training needs, develop skills for high-quality products, encourage career growth, source new talent
- Develop, communicate, implement processes/practices to meet business needs; analyze/apply information, monitor progress, identify/address improvements
- Demonstrate/promote/support compliance with policies/procedures/ethics by explaining, guiding, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
- Lead/participate in teams by sharing resources/tools, determining needs/priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change
