- Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment

Responsibilities
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment and process member purchases
- Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures
- Provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise
- Enter prescription information or file prescriptions
- Complete and maintain paperwork, forms, and other required documentation
- Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area
- Organize and maintain the pharmacy area by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs and documentation
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to change
