Requirements
- Experienced in production operations (e.g., bagger/debagger, labeler, tray pack)
- Ability to visually monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Compliance with food safety and quality system requirements
- Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace
- Strong communication skills to report issues promptly

Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with required products and packaging materials
- Rotate through tasks (e.g., operate bagger/debagger stations, set up and operate label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, oversee tray packaging machines)
- Complete changeovers safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections and verify sample compliance with specifications
- Maintain communication with departments, management, and associates; report issues or concerns hindering production efficiency
- Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to management
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement
- Record production and/or quality data
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with others; communicate progress; adapt to change
- Embrace differences, foster belonging, and create opportunities for associates to thrive
