Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service, manage/support initiatives, resolve customer needs/complaints, develop action plans for deficiencies, and provide process improvement leadership
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/inventory/operations, and implementing plans to mitigate shrink and meet goals
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates via hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, promoting belonging, and recruiting
  • Coordinate/ complete/ oversee job activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, address improvements, and promote learning
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics/integrity, implement action plans, utilize Open Door Policy, and guide business processes
