Requirements

  • Capability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise in optical area, follow procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, and complete paperwork/logs
  • Experience selling optical products/services: assisting with decisions, measuring/adjusting/repairing frames/lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, verifying prescriptions, handling paperwork, collecting payments, performing/recording optometric pretests

  • Maintain optical sales floor per policies: handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise, identify shrink/damages
  • Operate cash registers/equipment, process purchases, assist with payments/returns/refunds/exchanges using proper procedures
  • Receive/stock merchandise in optical area, organize/maintain area, follow procedures, use equipment, complete paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Sell optical products/services: assist purchasing decisions, measure/adjust/repair frames/lenses, complete eyewear/contact lens orders, verify prescriptions, handle paperwork, collect payments for doctor services, perform/record optometric pretests
