Requirements

  • Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, providing direction on member service, resolving complaints per guidelines, ensuring policy compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Communicates and supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, completing marketing recaps, and meeting membership goals
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, handling transactions at registers or self-checkout, and filling club pick-up orders
  • Oversees assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with item transport, using cart retrieval equipment per policies, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
  • Completes accounting records, files transactions/documentation by following procedures, providing register funds, creating/interpreting financial reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigating overages/shortages, and maintaining confidentiality/accuracy of financial/personal information
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing/applying information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates/promotes compliance with policies, procedures, ethics/integrity by explaining/guiding/demonstrating application, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
