Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates

  • Manage pieces of the supply chain process and ensure merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers
  • Direct resolutions and respond to escalations of daily issues; analyze data to streamline network efficiencies; provide data for supplier compliance; research root causes of exceptions; conduct performance reviews
  • Improve supply chain execution by determining flow paths, collaborating with stakeholders, tracking goods movement, presenting recommendations, and resolving disruptions
  • Assist with field-level direction, act as liaison, communicate expectations to suppliers and transporters, and address performance issues
  • Manage supply chain flow process improvement efforts, including designing new ways of working, prioritizing objectives, correcting errors, identifying opportunities, supporting costing and lean methods, and analyzing impacts
  • Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of belonging
