Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and support mission, values, ethics, and integrity
  • Manage pieces of the supply chain process and ensure merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers
  • Direct resolutions and respond to escalations of daily issues; analyze data to streamline network efficiencies; provide data for supplier compliance; research root causes of exceptions in shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns; conduct performance reviews
  • Improve supply chain execution by determining optimal flow paths, collaborating with stakeholders, tracking goods movement, presenting recommendations, identifying exceptions/disruptions/constraints, and coordinating resolutions
  • Assist with field-level direction, act as liaison, communicate expectations to suppliers/transporters, address performance issues
  • Manage supply chain flow process improvement efforts, including design/development of new processes, prioritizing flow plans, correcting errors, identifying opportunities, supporting costing/lean methods, providing cost recommendations, reviewing impacts
  • Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of belonging
