Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to all Walmart policies and procedures
- Ensure products meet quality standards and are produced according to company guidelines
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and ordering materials as needed
- Complete tasks, prepare customer orders, and keep work areas clean and organized
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to associates
- Comply with company policies using the Open Door Policy and implementing action plans
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners, identifying priorities, and adapting to change and feedback
