Requirements

  • Receive Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements
  • Follow safety procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely
  • Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
  • Participate in safety trainings and drills

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties in common and office areas, including bathrooms and windows
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins
  • Handle minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks) and report major issues to management
  • Ensure common areas are free from hazards (e.g., wet floors, cluttered walkways) and report any damages or repairs needed
  • Maintain cleanliness to prevent accidents
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols and demonstrate awareness of surroundings for personal and others’ safety
  • Prioritize and complete work assignments using company policies and available resources
  • Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
  • Communicate progress and relevant information effectively
  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities; adapt to changes and feedback
  • Show care and concern when serving customers/members
