Requirements

- Conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting procedures, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe situations
- Properly zones areas, stocks and rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up displays, and maintains modular integrity
- Processes defective merchandise and follows sanitation/food safety policies
- Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick up orders
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
- Proactively assists customers with technology services
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive workplace, works as a team, and builds relationships
Responsibilities
- Implement action plans using Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete paperwork/logs
- Acknowledge members, identify needs, provide guidance/support, promote products/services
- Maintain facility safety per policies: conduct sweeps, follow procedures for hazardous materials/steel standards, correct/report unsafe situations
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising: zone area, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, organize displays, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, ensure prominent promotional displays, monitor shrink/security/safety
- Fill club pick up orders: assist picking/staging, ensure proper selection/staging within timeframe, perform audits
- Report poor inventory practices, low in-stock levels, unsafe conditions/practices
- Report forklift issues to management; maintain forklifts safely
- Identify and fix shrink opportunities/problems with products/services/work areas; maintain/fix equipment
- Model and help others with technology services; ensure products organized/stocked correctly
