Requirements
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy
- Operates forklift safely following company standards and guidelines
- Uses policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
- Manages inventory flow, follows procedures for utilizing equipment, merchandising, working inventory exceptions, correcting shelf capacities, and completing required paperwork
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with self-service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
- Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up displays, ensuring modular integrity, processing defective merchandise, following sanitation/food safety policies, and monitoring shrink/security/safety risks
- Assists with club pick up orders by picking, staging, ensuring proper selection/staging, performing audits for accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage; reports poor practices; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions/practices; notifies management of forklift issues
- Proactively assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment and ensures proper organization/stocking

Responsibilities
- Implement action plans related to company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers throughout the facility
- Acknowledge members, provide guidance/support on self-service technology, assist with purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote company products/services
- Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials disposal procedures, adhere to steel standards, correct/report unsafe situations
- Zone sales floor, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, display promotional/seasonal items, process defective merchandise, ensure sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety
