- Ability to hire, train, and mentor associates

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and development for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and measure progress toward goals
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating business objectives
- Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve complaints, and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, values, and ethics
- Drive financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, expense control, merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation
- Embrace differences, foster a culture of belonging, and create opportunities for associates to thrive
- Build strong team relationships, communicate positively, and strengthen the team through mentoring and recognition
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, hold accountable, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals
