Requirements
- Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes
- Skills in providing customer/member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Capability to maintain a safe shopping environment
- Knowledge of operating equipment such as cash registers, gas station/car wash equipment, and related tools for processing purchases and different payment types
- Understanding of company policies and procedures for handling claims, returns, zoning, shrink, damages, merchandising, stocking, and documentation
- Ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
- Physical ability to clean, organize, and maintain the car wash/gas station area, including accurate pricing and signage

Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote Sam's Club products/services
- Provide customer/member service by acknowledging customers/members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues/concerns, and promoting products/services while maintaining a safe environment
- Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/gas station area and ensuring accurate pricing signage
- Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area per company policies by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink/damages, and ensuring safe work environment
- Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, organize/maintain facility following procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, and complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Operate cash registers and tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for payment types and items
- Operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and provide products/services to customers per company policies
