- Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality/date control, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events (e.g., holidays, graduations)
- Identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve concerns
- Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service/products, and interact with associates to address roadblocks
- Train, develop, influence, and inspire associates in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented manner
- Implement action plans related to policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
