- Drive bakery area performance, including quality control, waste reduction, and seasonal preparations
- Identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve concerns
- Act as a brand advocate, model high-quality service/products, and interact with associates to address roadblocks
- Train, develop, influence, and inspire associates in a team-oriented style
- Implement action plans for policies, ethics, and integrity using the Open Door Policy
