Requirements
- Ability to set up, monitor, and adjust multiple blow mold machines using HMI screen and physical adjustments
- Ability to identify potential defects and visually inspect plastic milk bottles for adherence to specifications
- Adherence to company safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and safe operation of machinery
- Ability to report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
- Participation in safety trainings and drills
- Maintenance of cleanliness in work areas
- Ability to accomplish work assignments, prioritize tasks, and utilize policies and resources

Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and adjust multiple blow mold machines for safe and accurate molding of plastic milk bottles
- Identify defects and make necessary adjustments to machinery to meet specifications
- Visually inspect all plastic milk bottles for defects
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Use personal protective equipment and operate machinery safely
- Report any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
- Actively participate in safety trainings and drills
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols
- Demonstrate awareness of surroundings for personal and others' safety
- Accomplish work assignments, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with team
