Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center by managing merchandise, presentation, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, assisting with needs/purchases, resolving issues, promoting products/services, processing orders, explaining services, training technicians, staging vehicles, and maintaining safety
  • Maintain the Auto Care Center and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring environmental/OSHA compliance and safety
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and demonstrating adaptability
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support company mission/values/ethics via action plans, Open Door Policy, and guidance on business practices
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, foster belonging, collaborate effectively, attract/retain talent, and recognize contributions
  • Model integrity, ethics, compliance, accountability, and regenerative practices (e.g., positive impact, eliminating waste, local giving)
