Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center by receiving/stocking merchandise, ensuring presentation/pricing/inventory, budgeting/forecasting, and correcting deficiencies
  • Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services, processing orders, explaining products, training technicians, staging vehicles, and managing workflow
  • Maintain Auto Care Center/service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, signing/pricing, securing merchandise, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring environmental/OSHA compliance and safety
  • Coordinate/overs ee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Supervise/develop associates by hiring/training/mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, implement action plans, utilize Open Door Policy, and guide on ethics/integrity in business practices
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create belonging culture, collaborate effectively, attract/retain talent, maintain integrity/ethics, model Walmart values, and prioritize customer service
